The first of its kind in the UK, Helix makes the process of buying and selling more centralised and transparent, ensuring a more streamlined buying and selling journey.
How Does The Helix Platform Work?
For an asset owner looking to sell your project, re-finance, or connect with institutional funds to support your project venture, simply use our 2-step process to tell us more about your project and requirements. Our specialist team will then review, discuss, and gather specific project information that we know our subscribed investors are looking for. Your project will then be listed on our platform and specific investors will be contacted to review, bid, and present their offers to you. For an investor, Helix will be a free-to-join subscription-only platform where you can access projects and investments tailored to your needs. In addition to this, Helix will automatically send you projects once they go live and also provide automatic reminders for when a project is due to close. Once more, you or your investment team can review projects, bid, and connect with asset owners all under the Helix platform.
Who Are The Investors?
As Helix specialises in renewable energy and sustainability, our specialised investor network will have a central focus on projects of this nature and are a mix of infrastructure, debt, pension, and core private equity.
How Does Helix Charge its Fees?
Helix will apply a fee to each project that is transacted payable by the asset owner upon successful transaction of the project.
Is There A Minimum Project Size or Project Value Helix Accept?
Regardless of the project's scale, we are always happy to assess your project and align the right investor for you. However, we do recommend projects of at least £200,000 in value. If you have a project that is less or requires a bespoke solution then we will still be happy to review this on a bespoke basis to find a suitable buyer for you.
How does the real-time bidding system work?
Helix's real-time bidding allows investors to make instant offers on renewable assets of interest. As soon as an asset is listed, registered investors can start bidding. The process ensures transparency and competitive pricing for all involved.
How does Helix ensure the authenticity of listed assets?
All assets listed on Helix undergo a rigorous verification process. We require asset owners to provide comprehensive details and documentation about the asset, ensuring its authenticity and legitimacy.
Can I use Helix if I'm based outside the UK?
Yes, Helix is designed to cater to a global audience. However, certain features or assets might be restricted based on regional regulations. We recommend checking your local laws before proceeding with transactions.
